In Australia, we manage a number of contact centres on behalf of governments, including Traffic Camera Services in Victoria, Integrated Transport and Information Services in New South Wales and Transperth in Western Australia.

Serco purchased the Excelior business in November 2011 and now manages its four contact centres in Varsity Lakes, Box Hill, Bendigo and Burnie. We provide process solutions and strategic consultation to our clients for the overall improvement of business performance.
