Serco provides world class business process outsourcing, for customers in Europe, Asia, America, and Australia.
We manage front, middle and back office programmes. Our key service areas include customer interaction centres, direct marketing, loyalty and fulfilment programmes, training design and delivery, CRM software solutions and consultancy services.
In Australia we manage a number of centres on behalf of the government – Traffic Camera Services in Victoria, Integrated Transport and Information Services in NSW, Transperth in WA and TransLink in Queensland.
In addition to these services, Serco purchased Excelior in November 2011 and now manages its four contact centres around Australia. Excelior provides business process solutions and strategic consultation to our clients for the overall improvement of business performance.
