DMS Maritime
Port services, equipment and vessel provision and support
DMS Maritime DMS Maritime was formed in 1997 as a 50/50 joint venture company owned by Serco Australia and P&O Maritime Services. DMS Maritime delivers a complex range of harbour and offshore services under the major Port Services and Support Craft contract for the Royal Australian Navy. This ranges from basic recruit training to sophisticated submarine rescue operations. To achieve this, they operate a large number of platforms ranging from assorted harbour craft to ocean going vessels up to 3,900 tonnes displacement.
Highlights of other contracts from the last decade include sourcing and 15-year through life support of the Royal Australian Navy's new fleet of 14 Armidale Class Patrol Boats. DMS Maritime also manages maintenance and repair services for eight 38-metre Bay Class coastal patrol boats operated by the Australian Customs Service.
The depth of their expertise is matched by the breadth of their presence in every naval port in Australia, with extensive reach into the region. They have a proven record in meeting the needs of customers deployed around Australia, or further afield, including the Arabian Gulf, North East Asia, North America, and the South West Pacific region.
