Excelior

Serco bought the business processing company Excelior in 2011. Excelior is a national leader in the provision of tailored customer contact solutions to both public and private organisations, with over a decade of experience helping organisations realise their business goals.

We offer a range of services through this business, including strategic consulting, customised business processing solutions and customer service and sales programmes. In 2011 alone Excelior handled 24 million successful interactions for customers and provides multi-channel services for clients such as government departments, agencies and authorities, utilities, manufacturing, travel and tourism, retail services, and telecommunications.

We have just under 900 employees located across our four Australian contract centres, including Box Hill in Melbourne, Bendigo in regional Victoria, Burnie in Tasmania and Robina in Queensland, together with a global network of more than 30 000 offshore agents in India and the Philippines, give Excleior an unrivalled edge in the business processing industry.
